The General Services Unit (NSG) receives requests, analyzes them, and schedules moving services at IST, Alameda Campus.

Requests can be made using the email to nsg@tecnico.ulisboa.pt at least 15 days in advance, including the following information:

Desired date and time(s),
Location of the collection and delivery points for the items to be transported, such as the name of the building/pavilion, floor, door number, and telephone number,
Photographs of the items to be transported, whenever possible,
Indication of approximate measurements and weights,
Reference to any obstacles along the route, namely steps or the absence of elevators.

After analyzing the request, the NSG will confirm the scheduled date and time by email.

Payment for the moving service is made through an Internal Requisition from the respective authorized credit card.
