Mail Services
The Mail and Shipping Service is responsible for:

Receiving and registering all correspondence addressed to IST;
Dispatching correspondence from the various IST departments.

Available services:

National Express;
International Express;
Express Courier (Lisbon Metropolitan Area);
Postal Services (CTT).

(All services must be accompanied by an internal requisition for cost allocation purposes)

Mail is generally dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays, except if these days coincide with public holidays, in which case dispatch is brought forward or postponed as needed.
