About the General Services Unit (NSG)

The General Services Unit ensures a set of operational and logistical support services essential to the functioning of the School, contributing to the efficiency of services and the quality of support provided to the academic community.

Areas of intervention and services provided Its activities cover areas such as: Management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet; Shipping and Mail Service; Reprographic Service; Transportation, storage and handling of objects. as well as other general and transversal operations that meet the daily needs of the School.

Due to the nature of its responsibilities, the Unit plays an essential role in the coordination between people, services, spaces, resources and means, ensuring that operational and logistical needs are met efficiently, quickly and in an integrated manner. In addition to the direct provision of services, the Unit plays a role of proximity to the academic community, staff, visitors and other users, seeking to ensure quality service and an appropriate response to different requests.
