  • Maintaining up-to-date information on space allocations for space managers, security and audiovisual teams,
  • Managing the Congress Center,
  • Preparing requests for authorization to hold special events,
  • Safeguarding the application of space usage rules, payment exemptions, and preparing reports,
  • Preparing budgets, final cost calculations, internal requisition requests, allocation notes, invoices, and payment control
  • Promoting and ensuring the sustainability of events, promoting the defined Best Practices for Sustainability.
