About the NSG
The General Services Unit aims to promote and develop continuous improvement in the operational efficiency and functionality of services offered to the IST community.
Mission
The General Services Unit's mission is to ensure the quality of the technical services it provides, as well as to strive for their improvement, ensuring support through the various activities it manages, always attentive and working towards meeting the needs and expectations of its users.
The General Services Unit also has the function of providing services of general utility to the entire School, such as:
Shipping and Mail Service;
Reprographic Service;
Management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet;
Transportation, storage and handling of objects.
